What is Customized Research Client Service ?

Customized research enable researchers to get knowledge about attitude, motives and  preferences of consumers about tested products or services. CR make possible to get answers for questions: why do consumers choose this, particular product/service, what is their motivation for buying definite product/service,  are they satisfied with product/service, are they loyal to the brand, etc. Having this knowledge it is possible to project or modify products/services to make them adequate to consumers’ needs and expectations.

Our everyday work includes:

  • projecting qualitative and quantitative research and preparing research offers according to client enquiries
  • working up methods of conducting field research by interviewers
  • supervising field research
  • analyzing results of research
  • creating reports and business recommendation for our Clients
  • developing methodology of qualitative and quantitative research

What kind of knowledge can you gain in CR CS?

Students interested in qualitative research will have an opportunity to participate in focus realizations accompanied by experienced researchers  and to conduct interviews on their own. Students with analytical skills can extend their quantitative research knowledge. Traineeship programme includes cognition of different types of quantitative research          ( image and satisfaction research, segmentation, tests of concepts and products, mystery, shopper, etc.) and different methods of data collection, such as direct interviews, CAPI, CATI and internet interviews. Participants will have also an opportunity to analyze the data and work up report in cooperation with experienced quantitative researcher.
